Clopton left the residence he was staying at on Black Jack Road in Pontotoc County, Mississippi around 10:30 p.m. on the night of December 30, 2020. He has never returned or been heard from since.
Clopton is originally from Texas but just prior to becoming missing, he had moved in with his fiance and her grandparents in Pontotoc County. His Texas photo ID, a couple of pictures, and his social security card were found on the road during a search on January 1, 2021.
