Matthews was last seen at Brady’s Fish Camp in Gulfport, Mississippi on his 18 ft. skiff. He had plans to travel to Cat Island. On November 5th, Matthews’s skiff was located in Cat Island Channel. Matthews was not aboard and his case remains unsolved.
