Hoffritz left her home in Henrico, Virginia with a white male on October 28, 1995. The two were allegedly en route to Georgia or Tennessee. On March 22, 1996, Hoffritz’s dark green 1995 Nissan Maxima was found abandoned in Monroe County, Mississippi. A witness later came forward and admitted that he helped dispose of Hoffritz’s body close to the Mississippi/Alabama State Line or just over the Alabama state line in the Theodore, Alabama area. Hoffritz has not been seen or heard from since she left her home in October of 1995.
