case details:
On the night of February 13, 1995, Duck went out to the Billiard Club in Ocean Springs, Mississippi to play pool and have a few beers. At the time, he was serving in the U.S. Navy as an Electronics Technician Third Class. After Duck’s night out wrapped up, he returned to the Naval Base. He was last seen at about 3:30 a.m. on February 14, 1995. He was approximately 50 yards from his ship, the U.S.S. Stephen Groves, at the United States Naval Station in Pascagoula, Mississippi when shipmates last saw him. He has not been seen or heard from since. Duck was married at the time of his disappearance and the young couple were expecting a daughter. The baby was born just 6 weeks after he went missing. Duck’s case remains unsolved at this time.
