Reid was last seen at her residence on Leetown Road in Lumberton, Mississippi on January 24, 2020. She was last seen by a family member. Allegedly, Reid stated that she planned to walk to a nearby farm where her father was employed to see him. Reid did not make it to the farm that day and her father became worried when he returned home from work to no sign of her.
Family members state that Reid would not have gotten into a vehicle or left with anyone that she did not know. They believe that she was taken against her will by someone she trusted. Reid suffers from medical conditions such as asthma and diabetes, for which she takes multiple medications several times per day. Reid did not take her medication with her when she left home.
