Case Details:

Owens was last seen on January 1, 1984, after a New Year’s Eve Party. She got into an argument with her husband on the drive home. He states that she asked him to pull over and let her out. He says he did as she asked and pulled over to let her out. She has not been seen or heard from since. Owens’ case remains unsolved at this time.
