case details:

Spiers was last seen on August 25, 1994, in St. Martin, Mississippi. He had dinner at his parents’ residence that night on Goffville Road. During dinner, Spiers told his parents that he had seen something he should not have. After dinner, Spiers left his parents’ residence presumably to return to his own home. He has never been seen or heard from since.

Spiers worked with his father harvesting oysters and did not show up for work the following day. His family went to his home on Ruth Street to find it empty. His car was parked out front with the driver’s side car door open and a rented videotape on the roof of the car. Spiers’s wallet and checkbook were found inside his car. All of the lights in Spiers’s home were on as well as the television. His keys and medications were left behind as well.

Spiers suffered from Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. At the time Spiers disappeared he was taking several medications, which he is in need of.

Spiers’s family stated that he would not leave without letting them know and they believe he met with foul play. Spiers’s case remains unsolved at this time.
