case details:

Palmer and a friend, Zeb Hughes, went scouting for an upcoming duck hunt on December 3rd, 2020 and did not return. Zeb’s truck and boat trailer were found where they had been left after launching the boat at Letourneau Landing just south of Vicksburg, Mississippi. The following day, the boat and some of the boys’ hunting equipment was found near Middle Ground Island. Palmer nor Hughes has been seen or heard from since.
