Brown was last seen around 4 a.m. on November 1st, 2022, on I-55 Frontage Road in South Jackson, Mississippi. He was walking and was nearing the Byram city limits when he was last seen. Brown is an Air Force Veteran and his family states that he has a medical condition that may impair his judgment. Jackson Police Department did not fill out the paperwork required for the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation to issue a Silver Alert for Mr. Brown. He remains missing at this time.
