Patterson was last heard from in 2016. He checked himself out of North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Mississippi sometime before his disappearance. Patterson is mentally handicapped. Family tried to file a missing person report; however, Lee County Sheriff’s Department would not file a report due to Patterson being homeless.
