Mann was last seen on January 29, 1979, at a friend’s house on Foltz Road in Winona, Mississippi. He never returned to his home and has not been seen or heard from since. Mann moved from Tennessee to Winona to work for a company constructing a Wal-Mart store in the area. Once the job was complete, Mann decided to stay in the area and found another job. Foul play is suspected in Mann’s case; however, he has not been located and his case remains unsolved at this time.
