Wheaton was last seen at approximately 6:30 p.m. at the Greyhound bus station around Jefferson Street and Courtland Avenue in Jackson, Mississippi. He boarded a bus en route to Sacramento, California. It is unclear if he ever arrived. He has not been seen or heard from since.
