Palmer was last seen on August 20, 2001, in Richton, Mississippi. He left his mother’s residence with a friend that morning. His friend, Kenny Shaw, said in the early afternoon the two men went to Brewer Grocery on Highway 42 just outside of Richton. He said that Palmer got out of his vehicle and got into a faded dark blue or black 90s model Nissan or Pontiac Grand Am. Shaw said Palmer told him he’d be back shortly and did not return. Palmer has not been seen or heard from since. His case remains unsolved at this time.
